Codex Forge Abilities

Guild Aid Mark Card – Classroom
Core Concept
The Guild Aid Mark represents the backing of a greater guild.
It cannot forge by itself; instead, it calls in assistance, resources, or privileges when a team needs them.
This is one of many cards in the Realm, each carrying unique powers and purposes.
Hierarchy of Power
- Forge Card = The Anvil & Hammer
Only this card allows true forging (combining ideas, cards, or coins into something new). - Guild Aid Mark = The Seal of Support
Acts as a modifier. It makes forging stronger or provides perks, but it cannot create on its own.
How It Can Be Used
1. Guild Privilege (Mark Alone)
- Extend a deadline on a small assignment or pipeline task.
- Gain a bonus point on an assignment.
- Ask the instructor for a hint or guiding clue.
- Negotiate or trade with other teams (some effects may require multiple Marks).
2. Super Forge (Mark + Forge Card)
- Forge two effects at once.
- OR override coin chance — choose your flip outcome instead of relying on luck.
3. Pipeline Synergy (Mark + Flip)
- Guarantees the team can select their outcome on a pipeline coin flip.
4. Trade Favor
- May be traded to another team for resources (coins, forge cards, or collaboration).
- If traded, the receiving team may redeem it later, creating classroom diplomacy.
Classroom Flavor
The Guild Aid Mark is a badge of patronage—proof a team has earned trust and can call upon it.
It should be rare and meaningful:
- Awarded for collaboration, presentations, or guiding peers.
- Given as a reward for solving particularly tough challenges.
In short:
Guild Aid Mark = support seal.
It bends rules, unlocks privileges, and amplifies power when paired with the Forge.
And as one of many Realm cards, it adds to the evolving codex of abilities that shape both the game and the classroom.
Forge Card = crafting license.
